for All DTG Products and Services
After more than 30 years of providing trading and educational products to traders and investors in over 30 countries, we are confident you will be very happy with your Dynamic Traders Group products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return products as described below or cancel renewal of a DT Report at any time. All purchases and refunds are in U.S. Dollars; no exceptions or considerations are made for currency exchange rates.
We have very complete descriptions of the features, content and services of each of our products. Be sure and read the descriptions prior to purchase and feel free to email or call with any pre-purchase questions you may have.
The DT Software and Trading Course videos are all downloaded or streamed videos so there is no physical product. We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee less a $200 support/return charge.
The DT Software license is not transferable. Unlock codes and customer support are only provided to the original purchaser.
The DT Software refund/return process is described below.
DT REPORTS (Auto renew cancellation policy)
All DT Reports are auto-renewed every 90 days. A subscriber may cancel the auto renew subscription charge at any time from the Members Dashboard/Settings.
We do not offer a pro-rated refund on the balance of a paid report subscription.
EDUCATIONAL CDs, Online Streaming Webinars and Educational Programs
Dynamic Traders Group offers physical educational Video programs and Online Streaming educational programs and webinars.
There are no refunds for educational programs unless noted in a special offer for a specific program for a specific time. Usually, an educational program is offered at a very significant discount with the sale of the DT Software. Refunds are not available for any educational program whether physical or streaming is purchased for obvious copyright and pirating reasons.
We have very complete information regarding each educational program content on our website so each student/purchaser will know exactly what is included with their purchase.
To return / refund the DT Software Product
Refund of the DT software is only available for the first 30 days.
Below is the procedure for a refund. Contact us at DT@DynamicTraders.com for any changes to this procedure.
1. Uninstall DT7: To receive a refund less the return fee for a Dynamic Trader Software, you must uninstall the software and retrieve the uninstall code which is provided after uninstalling the software.
2. Uninstall DT from your computer: Go to Start, All Programs – DT Folder – Remove DT. You must take a screen capture of the uninstall code that you receive and send this DT Uninstall Code to DT@DynamicTraders.com as proof of having uninstalled DT from your computer. Dynamic Traders Group reserves the right to refuse a refund if the screen capture with the DT removal code is not provided.
3. The refunded amount will be the price paid for the DT Software less a $200 return/support charge.
